Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco - a Canadian as well as an American musician and singer. She has more than twenty albums. Her music is categorized as folk, alternative and rock but she also draws influences of jazz and hip-hop. Ani diFranco was the first musician to start her own record label in 1990. Ani is widely considered to be a feminist icon. DiFranco was born on September 23, 1970 in the city of Buffalo in New York.
