The shadows she saw on the lawn prompted her to develop an approach that in contrast did not portray the selected object onto canvas. More like the image has been transformed to the artist's own image with the canvas taking its interpretation from the artist. Meade has integrated her models painted by Meade into the 3D space that surrounds the models. Their interaction and the created environment can be achieved. In this way, she blurs the lines between painting, photography, performance and installation.
